Glynnis Collins - Director
Glynnis came to Spring Creek Prairie Audubon Center in November 2015. Previously, she was executive director of the Prairie Rivers Network in Illinois.
Jason "the Birdnerd" St. Sauver - Community Education Director
Jason became Spring Creek Prairie's education director in April 2015. He worked for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service for many years in both the biological and environmental education fields, and most recently was the Education Manager and interim Center Director at the Mitchell Lake Audubon Center in San Antonio, Texas where he worked with people of all ages to share his love of nature.
Kevin Poague - Operations Manager
Kevin has been the operations manager for Spring Creek Prairie since 1998. He has worked as a biologist and educator for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and Lincoln Parks and Recreation.
He assists with education programs and helps conduct prairie bird surveys during breeding season.
Ed Hubbs - Habitat Program Manager
Ed Hubbs joined the staff in the fall of 2015. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife emphasizing habitat management and a minor in grassland ecology and management.
Brad Anderson - Development Coordinator
Amy Plettner - Caretaker
Amy has been with Spring Creek Prairie for nine years as caretaker and outdoor educator. Her poetry has been published in a variety of anthologies and journals, most recently The Sow’s Ear, burntdistrict, Rattle, Prairie Wind, and The Untidy Season.
Andrea Bornemeier - Seasonal Educator
Andrea brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role at Spring Creek Prairie. She has worked for years in education and resource management at such places as Zion National Park in Utah, Pipe Spring National Monument in Arizona, and Homestead National Monument in Beatrice, Neb.
